Both my sister Peggy Willis and me, Sheila Willis were students under Victor Moreno. I excelled u Der Mr Moreno's teaching my Freshman and Sophomore year 1968 and 1969 when he took an interest in my training. He was very kind, knowledgeable and sincere. We adored his classes. He personally choreographed a dance for me when I performed an orginal Spai ish work composed by Annette Planik my piano yracher at TCU. I hope his family know what an amazing impact he made in so many d a ncers lives.
