“Smitty”
3/20/1956 – 9/30/2022
Friends, Smitty was ready. He was the strongest most selfless person we knew. He wanted to continue to live a life of possibilities and not a life confined by a body that just couldn’t anymore. He always said he ignored cancer and that was absolutely true. In the end, he decided cancer didn’t get to tell him what to do. We know he is at Peace. There is a hole in the world, but there is also a world made better having had Smitty in it. We are all so lucky to have loved him! We will all gather for a celebration of his life at the next Annual Spring Party… Fins Up!
