Ruth M. Johnson, of Pueblo, Colorad, 76, passed away June 3, 2005. Survived by her sister, Charlotte Keach of Pueblo; longtime, dear friend, Carol Story of Pueblo West; and four nieces. Preceded in death by her husband, Ortus Johnson on Jan. 18, 1980; and parents, Earl and Bernice Russell. Ruth was born Oct. 11, 1928, in McCook, Neb. She was employed by School District 60 from Jan. 20, 1975, until she retired on July 1, 1999, as an Administrative Assistant of Transportation. There will be no viewing or service. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. In lieu of food and flowers, memorials may be made to University Park Care Center Foundation, c/o Montgomery & Steward Funeral Directors, 1317 N. I worked with Ruth at Home Instead and she always made me laugh. Her meal of choice was pancakes, I swear I made so many of them. She was so excited when I shared my pictures from Australia. She was a dear and sweet woman.
