Oh my Joe where do I start. We started our journey when I was just a rookie at my job and our friendship took off from there. We would pray for one another and he always had the most beautiful uplifting spirit. Richard Joseph Finley, 63, was born on June 27, 1962 in Pueblo and passed away on Jan. 2, 2026. Preceded in death by his father, Richard O. Finley.
Survived by mother, Firn Finley; brother Lonnie D. (Chandria) Finley; three nephews, Terin (Deona) Finley, Dylon T. Finley, and Connor B. (Kaitlynne) Finley; two great-nieces, Willow A. Finley, and Isabella A. Finley.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
