Resided in:
Pueblo, Colorado
Patricia Ann DeGrasse, affectionately known as Patty, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2018. She was born to C.T. and Anna Fitzgerald on August 4, 1945, in Pueblo. Preceded in death was her brother, Ronnie; father, C.T. and mother, Anna. She is survived by husband, Kenneth DeGrasse; son, Kenny (Kelly) DeGrasse; and daughter, Aimee (Jim) Bond; siblings, Joseph (Lorraine) Fitzgerald and Linda (Boyd) Harding; grandchildren, Dillon DeGrasse, Kylie, Kory and Kenna Bond; numerous cousins, nephews and nieces. Patty graduated from South in 1963 and from SCSC in 1967. Patty met Ken and married shortly after and just celebrated their 50th Anniversary in Hawaii.
The family moved to La Junta so Ken could teach machine shop at OJC. While in LJ, Patty took up several jobs including at the La Junta Tribune Democrat, substitute teacher, supermom, etc. She also was a stay at home mom supporting Kenny and Aimee in their hobbies. The family moved back to Pueblo in 1986 and ultimately landed the Circulation manager job at the USC library where she worked till she retired in 2005. Patty's faith has guided her and her family for decades. God gave her a voice to show off at church and she obliged. She will be replacing the current cantor in heaven with her voice for an eternity. She will be sadly missed.

My sincere condolences to Kenny and the family of Patty. We go wayyyy back together. My parents were Jim & Ruth Iten from Pueblo and they were great friends with Kenny & Patty, especially with Kenny’s older brother, Bob. My sister Cheryl, aka Cheri, was the flower girl in Kenny & Patty’s wedding!
Patty looks beautiful as ever, and you all are in my thoughts and prayers.
We have fond memories of the fun we had at swim meets with your family.
Cousin you were the most wonderful person. I will always remember our younger years and the fun we had. Rest in peace.
