Martha Jean (Currie) Anselmo, 92, was born on December 23, 1933, and passed away on January 2, 2026.
Survived by her children, Michael A. Anselmo and JoAnn Anselmo Ramos; grandchildren, Jason Lowell, and Ariana Ramos; great-grandchildren, Sonia, Donato, Vittorio and Vivale; brother, Lawrence Currie; sister, Lorna Deges; numerous nieces and nephews; and lifetime friend, Aletta Benko.
Preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Michael A. Anselmo; parents, James and Mary Currie; son, Charles A. Anselmo; and grandson, Charlie A. Anselmo; and numerous siblings.
Martha was a devout Catholic and a proud graduate of Centennial High School. She was employed at Mountain Bell Telephone Company, Bernstein Brothers, The Star Journal and Pueblo Chieftain.
Martha was a devoted mother, grandmother and aunt who shared her love with all who knew her. She acknowledged all her loved ones birthdays, anniversaries, and special moments. We will all miss her loving ways.

My deepest condolences to you, Larry for the last of your sister and also to you Joanne. I’m so sorry to hear about your precious mom. I remember when we would walking to school together. Aunt Martha, I will always remember you and Uncle Mikey when we were all young celebrating birthdays on Elm Street. I was always awestruck by your beauty…You were such a special Aunt to me!!! I will miss the birthday cards you sent to me!! 🥰🙏💔
