Louise I. Trujillo, 98, passed away Christmas Morning. Survived by children, Eloy Trujillo, Lorraine (Narcisco), Laura (Dave), Effie (Reyes-deceased) and Barbara; grandchildren, Charity Buffolino, Elizabeth Trujillo, Jose’ Trujillo, Joe Guerin, Monica Yahner, Robbie Trujillo, Rena Trujillo, Steve Armenta, Nathan Armenta, Tracy Aguilar, Brian Romero, Anita Chacon, Antonio Chacon, Cruz Mendoza and Rebecca Trujillo; 27 great-grandchildren; and beloved nieces and nephews too numerous to mention. Preceded in death by husband, Joe; twin baby daughters; sons, Richard and Ramon; parents, Samuel and Eufemia Samora; and siblings, Avelina Montano, Lucille Trujillo, Lucinda Salazar, Ida Olivas, Josephine Samora, Virginia Madril and Clifford Samora. Louise was born May 9, 1923, in Hooper, Colo. She enjoyed working in her garden and spending time with family and friends. Louise was grateful to her hospice care givers, Jennifer, Rene, Stacy and Brett, who were exceptionally loving and kind to her. Rosary, 7 p.m. Tuesday, at St. Francis Xavier Church, 611 Logan Ave. Funeral Mass, 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2021, at Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, 414 W 11th St. Interment, Imperial Memorial Gardens. Rest in peace my precious aunt. You left so many of us with such a void in our hearts but you are now where we all hope to be someday. You are in heaven with Jesus. How beautiful is that. I’m sure going to miss you. I love you so much.
