Josephine 'Pepper' Rhinehart, 84, was welcomed into Heaven on Aug. 2, 2018, at 4:01 p.m. Pepper was surrounded by family, in the comfort of her bedroom, when the Lord called her home. Pepper lived a life of love and service and will be missed dearly. In order to honor Pepper's wishes, there will not be a memorial service but instead a celebration of her life with immediate family.
