Joseph M. Hund, 76, passed away unexpectedly on Dec. 7, 2023. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Donna Hund; brother, Sam (Irene) Hund; children, Jodie (Hund) Bodnar, Randy (Kristi) Hund, Tim (Becky) Hund, Teri Hund (Clay Maulin), and Raeann (Will) Laughlin; grandchildren, Matthew and Andrew Bodnar, Skyler and Brodey Hund, Emilee, Jameson and Derrick Hund, Sarah, Kenzeylynn, and Brantlee Maulin, and Cash Laughlin.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Betty and Joe C. Hund; and his in-laws, Nadine and Hank Pritekel. Joseph was born on Sept. 17, 1947, in Pueblo, Colo. He worked at the Comanche Power Plant and enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, archery, woodworking, spending time with his grandchildren, and working on the cabin. Joseph was a jack of all trades and a master at most. He was a member of the Elks Club and Preseren Glee Club.
