Jeff entered our lives in a whirlwind and it continued as such. The greatest gift he gave us was our grandson Jordan. I hope Jeff is at peace and I pray he found the Lord. I pray for his mother, his siblings, and for my daughter Jaclyn, who I know, loved him no matter what. RIP Jeff, and may God have you in his arms forever.
The Fagers.
Thank you so much for your words of comfort. I know he is with the Lord and at peace.
Sherrie and family
Thank you so much for your kind words of comfort. I know that Jeff is with God watching over us….and especially Jordan. He loved Jordan with all his heart.
Sherrie and family, with a Heavy Heart I would like to express my condolences. Everyone has regrets in life, and my regret is that I did not reach out to Jeff and keep him close. How I first met Jeff, I was trying to enroll my son Zach in the Runyon Baseball League, I was told by Mike Barnes that all teams were full, he then reached over to a stack of applications and said these kids do not have a team either , so I took the stack of applications and inherited the Bad News Bears who became Pueblo West Blasters, sponsored by a much generous gentleman the late Mr James Ewing owner of PW Dairy Queen. Jeff was a very special player, he was my Ace Pitcher and the smile this kid always had was infectious, especially when he was trapped in a pickle. Jeff and Art another great kid , would sometimes go with us on camping trips, and we’re the best kids anyone could ask for. I often thought of how Jeff was doing, but we hadn’t crossed paths for many years. Well Jeff is now in a much better place, and we will all meet up again. Jeff will always be in my heart and continued prayers.
One thing, God now has an Ace Pitcher that will be his “Closer”

I’m so lost without you. Fly higher than the eagles do. lots of love till we meet again my dear Friend. Always and forever, Tasha
Thank you for your condolences.
Jeff, go rest high on the mountain now that your time on this ole earth is over. You had so many likes and excellent qualities in life with your sports and activities, among other things. You left to cherish a son, Jordan, now 14 years old. He loves sports just like his dad, Jeff, did. Your mother, Sherrie Fillmore loved her youngest son so much along with her 4 other kids. You had so many good things going in life for you until circumstances changed your life. My fondest and last memories were you asking me, Grammie, to make you some fudge. And I did. You sent me a message and a photo telling me how good the fudge was. It warmed my heart. One of the excellent lasting memories. Until we meet on the golden shore, rest in peace. God bless you, Jeffrey.
Cousin Sherrie and family,

They say your cousins are your first friends and I believe this to be true. My sister & I have many memories of playing with you and your siblings as young children. The best of times were Christmas with the grandparents. You will always live in our memories & hearts.

So sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

You were my first love! We went thru our ups and downs together since 8th grade till after we graduated high school! You will always have a huge piece of my heart! It’s so hard to accept that your no longer here my heart is broken into pieces. I’ll never forget all the good times we had together and how we would make biscuits with butter all the time. (Your mamma must’ve hated when we got the munchies we cleaned her out of her biscuits!) Never the less we had a good time! Tell Sam hi for me I’m sure you two will be ruffling feathers with your wild ways. I will always love you, until we meet again. Give our little angel a kiss for me until i get there to
do it myself. Missing you dearly!

Love you. See you later. Until we meet again.
Your Brother,
Rob.
Jeff,
I still can’t believe you’re gone. I always thought of you as my brother. We made a lot of great memories together over the years. Staying up all night playing video games and then waking up early to go play baseball or camping. You were an amazing athlete. I’ll never forget all the times you would purposely get into pickles in baseball and everyone would be panicking except for you. You would always have that signature big smile of yours no matter the outcome. Rest In Peace brother.
Until we meet again,
Espy
Thank you for your condolences Zach. He loved you like a brother I remember you guys going camping and most of all playing baseball. You and jeff made the perfect team.
