Harvey S. Mizel, 92, passed away Feb. 15, 2017. Survived by his daughters, Jennifer Renee Mizel and Rebecca 'Becky' Mizel; grandson, Max Mizel; as well as other beloved family and friends. Preceded in death by wife, Barbara Ann Mizel; parents, Rose Toltz Mizel and Nathan (Ida Plotkin) Mizel. Harvey was raised in Tulsa, Okla. and was a graduate of the University of Oklahoma. He came to Pueblo in 1955, and became a successful businessman, owning and operating Timberline Pipe Company. Harvey was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and part of the 10th Mountain Division in Italy during WWII. He was a member of Temple Emanuel. Harvey was an avid skier, fly fisherman, hiker, lover of nature and the Colorado mountains. He also enjoyed flying, having acquired his pilot's license.
