Floyd Wayne Day, 74, was born on September 9, 1951, and passed away unexpectedly on October 23, 2025.
Survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Reedus (Rita) Ann Day; son, Brian (Veronica) Day; stepchildren, Rick, Joyce (Kerry), Russ, Robert and Donna (George); siblings, Danny (Darla), John (Delores), Jay and Darlene (Patrick); and numerous nieces, nephews, step-grandkids and great-grandkids.
Preceded in death by mother, Ruth (Roy) Nelson, father, Lester (Wanda) Day.
Floyd was a Navy veteran having served during the Vietnam War. He retired from the Pueblo Chemical Depot after 30 years of Civil Service.
Floyd loved fishing and camping, the Denver Broncos, Cripple Creek, and his scratch tickets. But, most of all, Floyd loved spending time with his family.
Per Floyd’s request, no services will be held.
