  1. Ruth, you’ve been on my mind. Bless you and the loss of your beloved, Ernie. You are “ the Best” personal nurse that Ernie could have had. So kind, loving, and fully committed to the job at hand. Thank you for always being there for me with encouragement!!!!Love and prayers, Mary Ann Kish

  2. Ernie, you were like a big brother to me growing up in Trinidad at Holy Trinity. I watched and celebrated the football wins and suffered when the team lost.
We both loved golf and played a lot together. I never won a Labor Day Match against you although I was leading every match. I shanked a shot of the 18th hole as I was about to win one time.
Here’s to You, your love of Family, The Broncos and all of our Golf Matches we enjoyed together.

    We Love You, Ernie, MAGILLA!
    Rest in Peace Partner.

    Bernie and Holly. 😐😢

  3. Ruth,
So sorry for your loss but I know that my “boyfriend” is enjoying his Heavenly reward. Ernie was one of a kind…so friendly and funny. I’ll never forget going to the Rotary Club and enjoying his warm welcome and teasing. You were definitely his guardian angel. Wishing you and Amy and Sarah comfort in knowing that you were well loved by such a wonderful husband/father.

  4. Ruth, Sara and Amy:
My heart goes out to you for your loss and to one of my most dearest friends. We all grew up together from our days in college to those unforgettable “spring training” trips to AZ and the many lunches at the 2 and 9. I will always cherish the indelible memories of the ERG holding court along with Wally with our group of buddies during the many times we all got together. I’m forever grateful that you shared him with us. As Wally would often say “he’s one of the good guys”. He will be sadly missed, but not forgotten. RIP my friend.
    Tom
