Charlotte Whitmore was very kind to all of us when we were young. We would hang out at the Whitmore’s to visit with Mr. & Mrs. Whit, Laurie, Johnny and all. The strength she exhibited after Tim and Bill’s losses and the resiliency of her spirit was inspirational to all who knew her. My prayers are with the Whitmore Family.
Charlotte was a wonderful person, so very full of life and happiness. I have good memories of her infectious laugh and beaming smile. She will be missed, but will also live on in the legacy and lives of her children, grandchildren and all those who knew her.
Bob: Helen and I were very shocked to hear that Charlotte had passed away. I really am happy that we attended the 60th Centnnial reunion and got to see her for one last time and also the visit in Beulah that Sunday. She was a great neighbor and good friend. We will miss her greatly. There are too many good memories of our past to relate here. May the good Lord give you and the famlily the peace required at this time.
We are so sorry for your loss, love all of you and our prayers are with you. Todd and Kristine Gwartney
Dear Whitmore Family,
It has been such a pleasure to know your mom as I have worked in my Dad’s office the past 6 years. I know my parents have loved her for many years! She is a lovely lady and a great example to me. I pray you will have comfort and peace!
Love,

Dear Whitmore Family, I am so very sorry for the loss of your mother. My prayers are with you all at this time. May God bring you peace and comfort knowing she was an amazing woman here on earth and now what an amazing Angel she will be looking over all of you. God Bless.
Mr. Whitmore and family,
Mrs. Whitmore was one of the most amazing people that I have ever met and is someone that I always think of when something reminds me of the old neighborhood. In so many ways she was a woman far ahead of her time in terms of her community service, generosity of spirit, and passion for her family. She was a terrific example of how one life can make a difference – and be celebrated by all who were touched by her.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Hello Cindy,
I’m sorry I did not know your mother, but it is apparent that she raised you with lots of love and wisdom. Otherwise, you would not be the wonderful person you are to all that know you. My thoughts will be with you during this time of loss. Respectfully,

My deepest condolences to the entire family. From growing up with Terry I remember Mrs. (Charlotte) Whitmore as being one of the most caring, energetic, devoted people I have ever met. Through all of the adversities she experienced Mrs. Whitmore demonstrated a grace that illuminated her to me and others. Mrs. Whitmore was a exceptional role model to me and to countless others.

Uncle Bob and family,
I want you all to know you are in my thoughts and prayers, and I also want you all to know I love each and every one of you. I will miss Aunt Charlotte very much she was my 2nd mother and I loved her very much. I know she is in heaven with her mom, dad,Bill and Tim, when Karen and I were visiting with mom and dad Karen said when she sees Jesus in heaven he will tell her “Job well Done”she was a good christian, daughter, sister, wife, mother, and citizen. I know in my heart when we get to heaven she will greet all of us with open arms I myself find comfort in knowing that when that day comes it will be filled with joy to see our loved ones. She now lives in all our hearts and will be greatly missed.Love and sympathy to Uncle Bob and Family….. Tracey
Please know that you are all in our thoughts & prayers during this very sad time. Although we all grieve in our own ways, I know from experience the agonizing pain of losing a mother during the week of Mother’s Day. May God Bless you with peace & strength & may He soon send smiles & laughter as you recall the precious memories of your wife, mother & grandmother.
I am so sorry to read of Charlotte’s sudden death. We had a lot of good times starting when I first met her when Laurie, Teresa and Bruce were in Mrs. Spears Kindergarten class. We also spent a lot of time together in our Extension Club days. She will be missed! Take care of each other.
