Peter Michael Voute, 90, passed away on June 11, 2024. Survived by the last love of his life, Sarah Irene Voute, who he married in July of 2023. Also survived by his daughters, Isobel Reinette Adams, Amber Christine O’Hanahan, and Guinevere Monique Ried; their mother, Engberdine Voute; step-children, Tatjana Stephanie Raeder Kotro and Gaston Immanuel Raeder (The children of his third wife, Marianne.) Preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Jan and Barbara Voute; second wife, Bettyanne Voute; third wife, Marianne Voute; and son, Peter Jurriaan Voute.
Michael was born Nov. 5, 1933, in Amsterdam, Netherlands. He was a CPA, for 31 years, for Arthur Andersen. Michael was a volunteer archivist at the Steel Work of the West Archive and served on the CSAT panel, which advises the city and county of how to divide their annual distribution of funds to the 35+ non-profits. Michael served on the board of the Friends of the Pueblo Library for many years and served at the checkout counter at Books Again. He was one of the founding members of the Pueblo Library Foundation. Finally, he was a large donor to Help Finance Library Projects.
Michael enjoyed classical music, reading, crossword puzzles, and golfing in Denver, Stockholm, Sweden, Dusseldorf, Germany, and Chicago, Illinois.
