Parker Brian Kenner

parker kenner

August 23, 2003 ~ July 13, 2023

Parker Brian Kenner tragically lost his life at the young age of 19 while working in Colorado.  Parker resided in both Vacaville and Lakeport, California.  He attended both Vaca High and Clear Lake High. He is survived by his parents Brian and Becky and younger brother Trenton Kenner as well as many family members and a huge tribe of friends.  Parker shared a true joy for life, love, music, and friends.  To know him is to love him.  His smile, laugh and adventurous personality lit up every room he entered.  He could turn any time into a good time with his tenacious humor.  Parker will be sorely missed and remembered as being genuine and the one who gave the best hugs.  We love you, son!

  1. CandleImageWe used to be friends back in elementary school, back before yall moved to Washington from Lakeport. Not besties, but i remember you very fondly.
I remember a sleepover where you introduced me to mortal kombat for the first time, you were a huge fan. I can see the stacks of games, with the DC comics one on top in my head, and your huge poster of scorpion. I was sheltered as heck so i think that was the first time ever seen anything so gory!
Then i remember you and your dad, the firefighter, and that you guys had a sortof canvas attached to a tree with a stick guy drawn on it, and that you and him would throw your ninja stars at it. I could never hit it, but you could. Your dad was practically a born assassin though, i have a clear memory of him chucking one directly into the stickman’s crudely drawn family jewels.
I remember your birthday party where everyone brought scooters, and the fires going on at the same time. There were a bunch of planes in the sky that day, we looked up at one of those big radar jets (the first one i’d ever seen) and you called it a black ops plane.
I’m truly thankful for your friendship, fleeting as it was. Rest in peace!!

  2. CandleImageHey parker, I’ve been missing you a lot recently. I just wanna remind you how much we all love you and miss you ever day. Got a game tomorrow night and this one’s for you!

    Your buddie,
    Jacob

  3. CandleImageMiss you Parker. I was gonna choose a red candle, BUTT i personally picked this one. You would (and should) LOVE that joke. I still haven’t actually been to Manhattan, but maybe when I’m finally there I’ll see some good lightnIng. Missing you harder this time of year, and much love to the rest of the family

  4. It’s so clear how much Parker was loved by his family and how much he loved them right back. Parker, your life was such a blessing to those around you and you were such a light to your family. You will always be missed- because you are so loved and treasured.

  5. CandleImageA great friend and even a better person. Nothing but love and care for those around him is many thing I could say about this special human. His heart and soul will never be forgotten and has left his impact in all the right ways. I love you and all your laughs and smiles parker.

  6. CandleImageParker made me smile and laugh every time I got to be around him. He truly made the world a better place.

  7. CandleImageWhen Parker came into this world we all knew he was going to be a giant, in more ways than one. If my memory serves me correctly, he was 23 inches long when he was born. It was clear he was going to have a large physical presence. Parker instantly brought happiness to all that knew him. He was never one to sit still, he was always on the move and always on a mission. Sometimes he was the only one who understood the mission and still he got us to go along for the ride. Parker radiated the best of his mother Becky by continually demonstrating his caring, selfless and loving side and the best of his father Brian by always looking out for and protecting people in his community. Parker’s giant sense of humor and heart will live on with all who knew him. It’s still hard to believe that he is not physically with us anymore. It is heartbreaking to think of all the pain we collectively feel as we mourn the loss of such a young, loving, giant. He will undoubtedly be missed, especially his giant hugs!! As we move forward without his physical presence we are so lucky to carry with us all of the love and support he brought to our lives. Each act of kindness, each hug, and each moment of laughter that came from him are a part of us. I love you Parker!! Thank you for bringing so much happiness to my life over the years.

  8. Parker was a great kid that grew into a funny, thoughtful and sweet young man. He was a wonderful best friend to Matthew- and he will be greatly missed by all of us. Parker gave the best hugs in the world♥️

  9. CandleImageYou are missed every single day, my sweet boy. I would do anything for just one more bear hug ❤️ Thank you for all the amazing memories.

  10. CandleImageMy nephew was the joy of my life. He was the first child to make me an auntie. The early days of his childhood were absolutely blissful for me. Watching him grow into a young man was a privilege. He was funny, lively, and so kind hearted. He is terribly missed.
