Mary Marie Rhodes, 86, passed away Oct. 28, 2004, in Pueblo, Colo. Survived by her husband, Richard R. Rhodes of the family home; son, Butch Lloyd (Nancy) Kahus; sister, Betty Fraughton; brothers, Frank, Felix and Will Roitz, all of Ft. Bridger, Wyoming; grandchildren, Melody Bond and Remy Kahus. Preceded in death by her brothers, John and Teddy Roitz. Mary was born June 8, 1918, to John and Mary Roitz in Frontier, Wyoming. She was the owner/operator of a women's clothing and wig shop. Dear Butch and Family:
We will always remember your mom (Mary) as the perfectly dressed lady (she had a great laugh!) We also hold very fond memories of the many pots of coffee, cigarettes and giggles she shared with our mom, Emma. She was mom’s best friend.
