  1. I only just found this, looking in Montgomery Steward. I didn’t know she had passed away. After she lost her best friend Mary Kelleher on December 3rd 2018, it must have gotten to her. I was a friend mostly of Mary Kelleher, but she introduced me to Mary Luton. What a sweet lady she was, she always gave Mary Kelleher tickets for the Irish dinner at the depot, which she had one for Mary K and one for myself. She is very missed. I don’t get the newpaper, so I never know who has passed. God bless her, and her family. May she rest in piece.

  2. I had the pleasure of being one of her many caregivers. She was one of the sweetest women I have ever met. She was a fighter and was always optimistic. It was a pleasure knowing her. She always had a smile on her face and always knew how to make a situation better. She is truly missed

  3. I had the privilege of transporting Mary to Doctor appointments. What a gracious kind person she was to me. Jesus lived big in her heart and Mary was courageous and chose to love people inspite of her difficulties. I will miss Mary but I am comforted to know Jesus is her Lord! Until we meet again may Mary rest in The Arms of The Almighty! Amen

  4. I’ll always remember Mary as a kind and friendly woman. She was beautiful inside and out. Rest in God’s loving peace Mary.
My most sincere condolences to David and her family.

  5. Mary, you will be missed by our family at St. Pius X Church. You were always willing to assist where needed. You always helped out in our pasta dinners and were a member of our choir. As a volunteer at the Pueblo Community Soup Kitchen (and secretary on the board for many years), you were the one who got me involved with the Soup Kitchen. You influenced many in Pueblo and always had a smile. Rest In Peace Mary. God Bless…

  6. Mary Luton, Sangre de Cristo Hospice Volunteer/Ice Cream Lady and friend. Mary gave many volunteer hours to support he needs of our hospice for many years. She will be remembered by her quick wit, her smile, her love of life and caring for others.
She was very special to many who knew her through her volunteer years. We were reconnected when she became a candidate for Silver Queen where she continued to ‘wow’ everyone in the room. She was strong in her faith and enjoyed working at her church and over the years cared for many friends who found themselves helpless. God blessed us with this special lady and friend. We offer sincere sympathy to Mary’s family. God bless you all.

    • Hi Deede! I didn’t know Mary Luton passed until today. She used to volunteer a lot. She was good friends with Mary Kelleher, and a very sweet lady whom I knew through Mary K. Wow, such a shock. I’ve lost so many friends recently, it’s sad.
