Margaret E. Wittman, 77, passed away Aug. 10, 2019. Survived by her children, Rodney Whalen of Boone, Clayton Whalen and Larry (Amanda) Wittman, both of Pueblo West; grandchildren, Kyle Whalen and Hannah Wittman; and brother, Eddie Markus of La Junta. Preceded in death by her husband, Larry Wittman Sr. Margaret was born to Henry and Mollie Markus on Nov. 20, 1941, in Ordway, Colo. and retired from Walmart. To Margaret’s family, I’m so sorry for your loss! Margaret was my friend from Walmart and we worked together for a number of years. I will miss her!! Rest in the arms of our Lord, my friend!

You were the Aunt we all strive to be. You were thoughtful, kind, nurturing, loving and always smiling. No matter what was going on you were happy. Our families grew up together and we will always be thankful for the holiday memories we shared. We all have these wonderful memories of growing up and I will forever grateful for an aunt like you. We could have not asked for anyone better! May God wrap his arms around you and welcome you home.
