Leiron Lee' Hickerson

Leiron 'Lee' Hickerson, 84, passed away Oct. 17, 2014. Survived by her daughters, Joy (Dennis) Cress of Pueblo West and Jennifer (Don) Allison of Colorado Springs; grandchildren, Courtney, Jimmy Daniel, Nathan and Paige; and sister, Beverly Britton of Maine. Preceded in death by her sister, Willa Jean Welsh; and parents, Wiley and Clela Hickerson, all of Niles, Mich. Lee was born Dec. 10, 1929, in Niles, Mich. She enjoyed being active in her church, Dominoes and shopping. She loved her grandchildren dearly and enjoyed spending time with them as often as she could. Lee was a missionary all of her life, even while in rehab, letting all who cared for her know of her love of Jesus. There will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service, 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 20, 2014, at Majestic Baptist Church, 494 E. Hemlock Dr., Pueblo West.
