Keli Dena-Jean Conci, 40, was born on Jan. 18, 1983, and passed away on ❤Valentine’s Day 2023. Survived by her husband, Joshua Conci; daughter, Ava Conci; and siblings, Krista Ingram, Mike Conci, and Codi Conci.
Preceded in death by her parents, Jackie and Victor Conci.
Keli will forever be ingrained in the hearts of all who were blessed enough to have met or known her. Even those who only knew her in passing as a vibrant smile and friendly voice at a checkout line in a grocery store will miss the ray of sunshine that was, Keli Conci.
She lit up the world and the lives of all those around her with a free-spiritedness that inevitably built long-lasting stories and memories that we all treasure.
For many, she was a soft place to land or rock they could lean on in hard times. She had an excellent ear, a humbled sense of wisdom, and a reverence for authenticity that gently guided us all toward better versions of ourselves.
She was an entertainer. She loved to evoke a good laugh or smile and was never shy or ashamed of putting herself out there to bring others joy. Whether it was the most memorable night of karaoke or an unforgettable game of Pictionary, Keli was what we remember most.
Keli was also a caregiver for her father who had Alzheimer’s for ~10 years and demonstrated a level of devotion that made me beyond proud and blessed to be her husband.
She was also an excellent mother to a spirited and amazing child that rivaled her mother in many ways. Keli is probably the only person who knew how to guide the spectacular force that is her daughter, Ava.
As far as a wife goes, Keli utilized all these qualities into being a mythological partner. She was the soil my heart sprouted in, the light I grew to be a man in, and the only arms I ever wanted to be in. The words to describe our love don’t exist on this plane, but I’m sure Keli has them up there.
Speaking of words, Keli was an exceptional writer and had the ability to use words to extend her essence far and wide. Her dream was to use her words and story to help heal the broken, inspire the downtrodden, and recognize the forgotten. I have no doubt she’s hard at work above still on these endeavors.
In the end, Keli was a lot of different things to a lot of different people and was what all of us needed when we needed it even if we didn’t know it at the time.
In honor of the bright light that was Keli, let us not grow dark in her absence. While she will be so deeply missed by us all and the void she left is palpable, we owe it to her to carry her light now.
My deepest condolences, prayers and hugs to you Josh, Ava and family. I loved this woman so much. She was a great inspiration and loved by many. I missed sending her notes from work through Josh. She was definitely someone I looked up to and cherished. Her light will shine through us all especially through Ava.
Josh, and Ava, I am praying for you and will try to come hug you March 11. Keli was always sweet to me, and I know she made you both very happy. You have an Angel in heaven helping you always. She will be so dearly missed. She did bring light and love, joy and peace. You hold a special place in my heart, cousin. Collecting worms in the gutter after a rainy day as kids and upsetting Grandpa! Love and blessings, Jacqueline
Josh, You and Ava have been in our prayers and thoughts. Kelli was so friendly to us and so pleasant. We enjoyed her. Lovely tribute you have made to her(You also are a great writer!). We are so sorry for this heartache and loss and will keep you in our prayers for the future. Love, Aunt Ann Marie and Uncle Karl
My condolences to you Josh, Ava and your family. Kelli had a beautiful heart and contagious smile. I am so glad to have met while working at the hospital. You are all in my prayers.
I am so heartbroken to hear about this. Sending so much love to the family. I met Keli when she started working at Vitamin Cottage…I was the nutritionist at the store at the time and when the manager told me they hired someone who also had training in nutrition, I jokingly said “Oh, so you already hired my replacement” 😂 I immediately loved working with her as her beautiful energy was so contagious. We kept in touch over the years even after we both moved on from the store. I’ll always cherish the memories of meeting her for coffee and the awesome chats we had💖
Joshua and Ava, Your wife and mother was one of a kind, she could always make me smile. It was my honor to work with her at CMHIP. I will never forget this sweet lady. I had mentioned to her that I knew her grandmother Rose Conci and like a true Italian, I had a friend. Hugs to her family, she will not be forgotten. Laura Hacsi
Josh and Ava my deepest condolences to you both. I had the pleasure of meeting you both while working on a car purchase and your beautiful family was a welcome light every time we were able to chat. Godspeed to your wonderful wife, she was an amazing spirit. You and Ava will continue to be in my prayers. God Bless you! 🙏🏿
My heart goes out to you & your family.
I knew Keli when she was in high school. She had a powerful impact on all that we’re lucky enough to know her.
It is with a heavy heart, and expressed my deepest sympathy.
Praying..🥲🙏🏽
My condolences to Josh, Ava, and the rest of her loved ones. I remember working with her with and she had a beautiful smile that would light up any room and her keen fashion sense. She could always make me laugh.
I hope and pray her exit was painless and peaceful.
Much love to you Keli.
You were a soul that will never be forgotten.
Keli was a student of mine at Pueblo West High School. A genuine sweetheart, I had the pleasure of reconnecting with her as an adult. One of my favorite memories was dancing with Keli and her daughter at Park East Restaurant.
My husband and I send love, strength and peace to her family. If I can do anything to help, please contact me via email (pauline711@comcast.net)

Keli, Joshua, and Ava. We are so broken hearted that Keli has left us for now. She was a beautiful person. I have always said that being a dad is the best job I ever had. Keli’s last words to me were “I love you dad”. I’ll always cherish that moment! You are all in our prayers.
