  1. CandleImageSo sorry we couldn’t make the funeral today. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Larisa and family. Joe and Charla were dear friends. We got to travel together and socialize here in Pueblo. I served under Joe in his 12 years on the Board of Pueblo Water. He was a great Board member and did so much for our great community. He and I liked hunting and got to do multiple great hunting trips together in our great state. He will be missed but not forgotten. With love, Alan and Mary Kay Hamel

  2. My sincere condolences ! So sorry for your loss. Joe and Charlene were my neighbors for 9 years . Beautiful people May they RIP🙏🏽😞

  3. I am very sorry to hear about Joe’s passing. I have fond memories of back when we were kids at Hinsdale. He and Harry Wong and I were neighbors. Harry and I lived in apartments downtown on one side of the street and Joe lived in one across the street. We and a couple of other neighbor kids would walk down to the Colorado theater on Sat. morning to see the main cowboy feature (usually Roy Rogers or Gene Autry) and a science fiction serial and 10 color cartoons.
Sometimes I would go to Joe’s and we would play Parchesi with his parents. I enjoyed seeing him and Charlene at the class lunches when they used to go.
    My condolences to his family.I

  4. It is with deep sadness to read of Joe’s passing. We were classmates from kindergarten on up to graduating together in the Centennial Class of 1958. I will send an email to our classmates to let them know. We have missed his presence at our monthly class lunches. He was a true lifelong friend! RIP Bulldog Joe.
