Gary A. Rankin

Gary A. Rankin, 71, passed away on Feb. 08, 2023. He is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, M. Kay, sons; Eric and Ryan (Dottie) Rankin, and Nick (Missy) Ramey; sisters, Kay (Bill) Roberts, Debbie Rankin,  and Denise Robles; grandchildren, Chloe Rankin, Madison Taylor, and Mason and Logan Rankin;  uncle, Bob Huerta; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and sister-in-law.

Preceded in death by parents, Beatrice and George Rankin; sister, Marilyn; and several aunts, uncles, and in-laws.

Gary was born in Florence, Colo. on July 3, 1951, he was a master plumber and last worked for the city of Pueblo.  He enjoyed his mountain property, fishing, hunting, and watching the Broncos, but most of all spending time with his grandchildren, whom he adored. Gary was a member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters’s Union, Local 51.
