  1. CandleImageGayle…. I’m so sorry to hear of “Sparky’s” passing…. I’ll always remember how upbeat and happy go lucky he was …
I always thought the two of you fit like puzzle pieces.
My thoughts and prayers go out to you and the family. Stay strong. 🩵 Val

  2. CandleImageOur prayers go to the family on the passing of Dwight. We always enjoyed his sense of humor as well as engaging personality. He will be fondly remembered by everyone he encountered. We were blessed to know him .

  3. Dear Gayle,
To say that I’m surprised and saddened to read of Sparky’s passing is an understatement. As a long time customer (Verle’s), a fellow member of the Pueblo Symphony Chorale, photographer, etc., I always conshim a friend. He photographed my wedding in 1985 and when my husband passed in 2006, he used my favorite photo to make a portrait of Bill for me and refused to let me pay for it. He was a good and kind man, and I’ll remember him with great fondness. Please accept my heartfelt and sincere condolences. RIP Sparky.

  4. I will always remember the fun times we had working together. He always was so upbeat and positive about life. Never saw him without a smile on his face. He will truly be missed. Just a great guy to be around. My condolences to the family.

  5. CandleImageWishing the three of you grace during the hard times, gratitude in the time you shared as a family and friends that will lift you up when grief surrounds you. I love the Sparky was a part of creating so many memories behind the camera. It is obvious that he touched the lives of many I can’t think of a better legacy than that.

  6. CandleImageGayle and Family:
The Bowen family just wanted to send our condolences along with our thoughts and prayers your way. You see Dwight, “Sparky”, was the photographer for three of our family’s memorable photo shoots. There were two weddings and a very important family picture. All three included “Sparky’s” excellence in photography along with his personal touch, HUMOR. He had us appropriately in “stitches” with all three. A truly talented and delightful person. He will be missed by all.

    • CandleImageTo add to my dad’s condolences and appreciation for his love for the Lord, helping people, and photography. His sense of humor and the memories he took of our family. They can be shared for generations to come!

  7. CandleImageSparky had the best personality! He was such a friendly, positive person & brightened up any group by his presence. His creative talents in photography & IT skills at Parkview reflect what a multifaceted person he was. He made me laugh so much at his sister’s (Cricket’s) wedding, I left the church without signing the legal documents required for her to be legally married (bad maid of dishonor) & they had to hunt me down at the reception – after I’d already had a few! Sparky will be missed, but leaves us with great memories of a life well lived.

  8. CandleImageWe are saddened by the passing of our dear friend Sparky. We enjoyed many years of happy times together. May God comfort and surround his family with love and peace.

  9. CandleImageOh I was so saddened to see this!!! Sparky and I were in Show Choir at Centennial in 1967. He was always so easy to be around and so pleasant. What a great guy! My condolences to the family.
