Born in: Pueblo, Colorado
Resided in: Pueblo, Colorado

Cody “Snowman” Snow, 35, a lifelong resident of Pueblo, Colorado, passed away on September 21, 2025. He was born and raised in the city he loved, a place that shaped his life and where he made so many lasting connections.
Cody was a devoted son, brother, and uncle. He is deeply loved and will forever be missed by his mother, Joey Vickers (Jake); his sisters, Brittney Maroni (Zac) and Brooke Snow (Brandon); and his nieces and nephews: Jaiden, Sophia, Camryn, Harper, Myles, and Elliott. They will forever cherish the memory of their “big teddy bear uncle,” who was always there to cheer them on. He is preceded in death by his father, Lewis Snow.
A true Pueblo West Cyclone, Cody’s passion for football was a defining part of his life. He proudly wore number 72 and celebrated a lifelong highlight when his team won the state championship in 2007. Cody’s dedication wasn’t limited to the field; he always showed up for his family. He could often be found in the stands, cheering on his nieces at their softball games, and was a staple at every family celebration. His friends will remember the good times spent shooting pool and watching football together. He was a hard-worker who took immense pride in his landscaping and heavy equipment operation. Most of all, he was the kind of guy that when he walked into a room and smiled his kindness shined through. He was as big as he needed to be to carry his big heart.
The family extends a special thank you to Rich, Kent, and Ben for their unwavering care and friendship to Cody over the years.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 28, at The Red Barn Hall, located at 3320 Arena Drive.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Epilepsy Foundation, an organization that was dear to Cody in honor of his father, Lewis.

  1. CandleImageSnowman. A good friend I’ve known since we’ve played football together as kids. We were both known to be the quietest football players on the O-line, but dominated on the frontlines on the field with the rest of the team. Leading us as our center, we became the three teams to win the league and winning the 2007 state champions. Cody, I had an awesome time with you at school, on the field, and times when we hung out. Thank you for being my friend, brother. My prayers go to your entire family. I know you’re with the Lord now, watching over your family and friends.

  4. CandleImageCody it’s so sad to hear of your passing. You were always smiling around anyone it didnt matter who they were. You were one of the first few people to talk to me our freshman year when I literally knew nobody. You were always a kind and fun person to be around. Your big personality and kindness will definitely be missed. Rest in Peace Friend.

  6. CandleImageCousin Joey, Brttney and Brooke my heart aches to hear of a wonderful son, brother and uncle. I wish I could have met him. Family is what we all need in this time. Though I can’t be there in person know I’m there in spirit. I know my little Brooke is enjoying meeting all the family now. Love to you all!!!!

  7. CandleImageCody was one of the most amazing men I ever knew. Biggest heart and amazing smile. Cody always knew what to say to make me laugh. He also never passed the opportunity to talk smack to me. He always seemed to say the right thing at the right time. We celebrated a few birthdays together being March babies celebrating all month long. He would always say “we” were old, and I would remind him maybe he was old but I was not. We bonded over football, Sushi and country music. My son played center like he did. He always gave the best advice to my son about the postion, helping my son accel in football. Several times he was the calm to my storm. I would be rilled up about something and he would remind me to calm down. I envied how calm he was, even when he was upset, he was much calmer than I would have been. I miss him all ready.

  8. CandleImageSnowman! Was such an honor to play football with you. As an underclassman to you, you were one of the few upperclassmen that would take me under your wing and guide me and give me recommendations and/or suggestions for improvement on and off the field. After both of us graduating you were also one of the few to see me out in public and still drum up a conversation or just even say “what’s up”. You have made a lasting impression in my life and I appreciate everything you did.
May you rest in peace, and your family find some sort of comfort in this very difficult time. My prayers and condolences to your entire family!

  9. CandleImageMy first friend when I moved to Pueblo West, I still went to school in town but he noticed me always leaving on weekends for hockey and we started hanging out, had some good memories from riding dirt bikes and driving around in his Honda Civic blasting the subs, rest easy brother!

  10. CandleImageJoey, we are so terribly sorry for your loss. I still remember Cody as a little boy. Our sincere condolences to you and your family.
