She is survived by her children, Larry Denney and Janelle Denney; and siblings, Debbie (Manuel) Aguilar, Arlene Swanson (Jim Webb), and Lori (George) Patton, Randy (Brenda) Swanson, Ricky DeHaven, and Rhonda DeHaven Hamm; and numerous grandchildren, nephews and nieces

Cheryl was was born to Frederick and June Swanson on May 19, 1957, in Nebraska.
