Angela Napier, 76, passed peacefully and took the Lord’s Hand on May 1, 2022. She is survived by her two sons, David (Lisa) Napier and Kevin (Amy) Napier; and daughter, Rachel Napier. Angela was a beloved grandmother to 17 thriving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Also survived by sister, Gloria Cravens of Oklahoma; youngest brother, Ammon McPhillen of Utah; she will be reflected upon by various nieces, nephews, in-laws, friends and neighbors for her kind, gentle and loving nature. Angela left a significant imprint upon all our hearts and those throughout the country, primarily in Ohio, Oklahoma and Utah. She also leaves behind three amazing dogs who love and miss her beyond woofs to bark!
Preceded in death by her father, Carl McPhillen; mother, Audrey Powell; stepfather, William Powell; and brother, Michael McPhillen.
Angela was born to Carl and Audrey McPhillen on Oct. 12, 1945, in Dayton, Ohio and she retired from School District 70. Her great passion and enjoyment was in gardening, growing fresh vegetables, herbs and fruits, canning, creating plant and flower arrangements, cooking, baking, and creating arts and crafts but beyond all enjoyed each time and moment spent with her adult children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and always embraced spending time with family, friends and neighbors at any given opportunity. She simply found much joy in all the simple things in this life. Angela is much loved and will be missed tremendously by all her loved ones. The imprint of her heart remains forevermore… We each look forward to seeing her again at our appointed times.
