William Robert 'Bill' Skinner, 54, passed away on Aug. 15, 2013. Survived by his sister, Lou Ann, of Mo., and other family and friends. Bill is preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn; father, Walter; and loving dog, Beans. Bill was born in Pueblo on Sept. 18, 1958. He graduated from Pueblo County High School in 1977. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service, 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, 2013, Temple Baptist Church, 3030 Thatcher Ave., Pastor Ken Wood officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Spanish Peaks Behavioral Healthcare Center, 1304 Chinook Ln., Pueblo, CO 81001. The family wishes to thank Spanish Peaks Behavioral Healthcare for the many years of service in caring for Bill. He will always be remembered for his kind and appreciative nature. He loved everyone.
