William F. Kurtz

William F. Kurtz, 101, passed away October 18, 2003, in Pueblo, Colorado. Survived by his son, Bill (Diane) Kurtz; grandchildren, Jayson (Glenda) Kurtz and Christi (Jesse) Villarreal; and one great-grandchild, all of Pueblo. William was born December 7, 1901, in Pueblo and retired from Valley Packing Company as a butcher. He enjoyed riding and training horses. Member of Jehovah's Witnesses. He will lie in state at the funeral home from noon until 6 p.m. Monday and from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2003, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel with Leo Derrera officiating. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
