William Charles Bruce, 44, passed away April 16, 2006. Survived by his LOML, Kathy Bruce; children, Tanya (Ricky) Williams of Pueblo, Charles (Katie) Clementi of Pueblo, Catherine Bruce of Fort Huachuca, AZ and Savanna Bruce serving on the John F. Kennedy naval ship harbored at Jacksonville, FL; parents, Charles and Joyce Bruce of Redwood Falls, MN; brothers, Rodney (Cindy) Bruce of Minnesota and Sam (Lisa) Bear of Pennsylvania; grandchildren, Blaise Clementi, Samira Clementi and Tarick Williams; special family friend, Mary Prigmore; numerous nieces and nephews; his work family at Verizon Business, formerly MCI, and his church family at Park Hill Christian. Bill was born Aug. 16, 1961, in Ishpeming, MI. and served a term in the U.S. Army. Bill was a strapping 6'4' with a heart as grand as his height. He was known for his great sense of humor, his love for his family and his faith. Because of his passion for learning, he was a true erudite in every sense of the word. He lived and breathed computers and proudly referred to himself as a 'Computer Geek!' Viewing, today in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel from 3 to 7 p.m. with the family present to receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2006, at Park Hill Christian Church, 1401 E. 7 th St., with the Rev. Dr. Charlene Nimmo officiating. Military honors by Pueblo Veterans' Ritual Team and interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery.   1. I am so sorry to hear about Bill. He and I had known each other for over 20 years and we had stopped to visit a few yrs back and we were driving thru CO. Again I am so sorry.

  5. I worked with Bill at Verizon/MCI for several years. I was deeply saddened to hear of Bill’s passing. He touched many lives and will be missed by everyone who knew him.
