Walter N. Brown, age 73, of Pueblo, Colo., passed away April 20, 2018. He is survived by his daughters, Rebecca (Matt) Druliner, Alice (Troy) Adamic; grandchildren, Kenneth (Dakota) Owren, Chelsea (Eric ) Dockins, Shantel and Dylan Adamic; great-grandchildren, E.J Dockins, Raiden and Riley Owren; and special friend, Liz Andrews. He was preceded in death by his father, Emery Pete Brown; mother, Harliene Hall; brothers, William and John Brown; and his wife, Annetta Brown. He was born February 16, 1945, in Walsenburg, CO but lived in LaVeta, CO until his family moved to Arkansas for a couple years and then returned to Pueblo, CO.Walter joined the Army in 1962 until he was honorably discharged. After the Army worked at the Brown Palace Hotel in Denver, CO as an assistant Pastry Chef. He then turned his career around in a different direction and was a Industrial Roofer for over 30 years. During many of those 30 years he was a Roofers Union Representative. He enjoyed fly fishing and camping in the southern Colorado region as well as Montana. Gardening was also a passion of his. Vegetable gardening was done through out his life and his green thumb proved to be beneficial in the flower department also. His friends and family will miss him. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service, 12:30 p.m. Saturday, April 28, 2018, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel. Online condolences, www.montgomerysteward.com
