Wilma 'Rosetta' Johnson, 89, passed away Nov. 18, 2018. Survived by six children, Judith Marie Davis, Dinah Adel (John) Murphy, Frederick Paul Cure, Rosemary Anne (Jimmy) Webster, Patricia Lynn (Gary) Collins and Donna Faye Tittel; 17 grandchildren; and 38 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husbands, Paul E. Cure and Donald E. Johnson; children, Pamela Kay, Gerald and Gerard; grandchildren, Paul Swaney, Shelby Swaney Stutzke and Hope Webster; brothers, Charles Franklin, Roy Paul, Walter Frederick, James Edward a/k/a Jack Merten and Raymond; sisters, Margaret Iva, Buela Wanda, Ada Louella and Myrtle. Rosetta was born the 10th child to Mary Margaret and Walter William Johnston on Dec. 31, 1928, in Larned, Kan. She was the high school homecoming queen in Coos Bay, Ore. when she lived with her brother Charles to care for his kids. Rosetta was a mother, farmer's wife, dental receptionist for Dr. Gross, an LMHT at Larned State Hospital and a member of Tabor Lutheran Church. She enjoyed animals: dogs, geese, goats, horses, cats fish and birds. Her last words were, 'Don't forget to feed the dogs. I don't know where the dog food is.' Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service, 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, 2018, at Tabor Lutheran Church, 102 E. Orman Ave. Graveside, 2 p.m. Dec. 8, 2018, Brown's Grove Cemetery in Burdett, Kan. Memorials may be made direct to Tabor Lutheran Church, 102 E. Orman Ave., Pueblo, CO 81004.   1. I remember Aunt Rosie as a sweet, caring and funny lady. She was one of my favorite aunts and I always loved visiting her. She always seemed elegant to me. The way she carried herself, I think. I will remember her with love.
