Urie Potter, 91, born Aug, 11, 1929, in Hershey, Pa., passed away, Oct. 13, 2010. Survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Ruth Potter; daughters, Rona (Mike) Pinelle and Judy Wade; grandchildren, Trenton and Brina Wade; step-grandchildren, Julie and Eric Wolfis, Mark and Michelle Pinelle; great-grandchildren, Brittany and Zack Pinelle and special great-grandchildren, Breanne and Mark E. Pinelle, as well as sister, Arlene (Bill) Stare; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his mother, Erma Wolfersberger; sisters, Lil and Jerry; sons-in-law, Richard Shuman and Don Wade. Urie served in the U.S. Army and retired from the Pueblo Army Depot. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid bowler, bowling for over 70 years. There will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service, 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 18, 2010, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Brad Munroe officiating. Masonic Rites by Silver State Lodge # 95, AF&AM. The service will conclude with military honors by Pueblo Veterans' Ritual Team.   3. Our lives have been so enriched just by having known Uncle Urie. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all today. He will be sadly missed but memoires made will live on.

  4. He was one of the most devoted men in the church. Urie was such a nice gentleman. He was a kind and considerate man.
