Thomas A. Sarconi, 63, passed away January 27, 2011. Survived by his loving and caring wife, Marilyn L. Sarconi; children, Greg (Laura) Sarconi, Gavin (Betsy) Sarconi; step-daughter, Felicia Mabery; grandchildren, Wyatt, Hayden, Drake and Avry; step-grandchildren, Ashely and Jacob; sister, Judy Ashton; niece, Diane (Mike) Case; nephews, William (Shelby) Frankmore and Paul William Connelli . Also survived by the mother of his children, Linda Sarconi and his beloved little dogs, Precious and Patches. Tom was born in Pueblo, Colo. on June 3, 1947, to William and June Sarconi, Jr.. He graduated from Central High School, class of 1965, he attended the University of Southern Colorado where he earned a double major in Philosophy and English. Tom loved to BBQ and was known for serving Pueblo's best steak. He loved western movies, landscaping, racing cars and his trips to Cripple Creek. He was best known for his sense of humor and zest for life. At his request there will be no viewing. Funeral Service, 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 1, 2011, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel with Pastor Duane Arledge officiating. Burial, 1 p.m. Wednesday at Fairmount Cemetery, 430 S. Quebec Street, in Denver. Special thanks to the Sangre de Cristo Hospice, his angels on earth.
