Thelma Maurine Rhodes Herauf, 81, passed away Mar. 12, 2007, in Pueblo, Colo. Survived by her children, Dennis (Vonda) Rhodes of Littleton, Colo., Donald (Pat) Rhodes of Fort Worth, Tex., Cheryl Appolloni of Casselberry, Florida; sisters, Doris (John) Bonner of Pueblo and Betty Ann (Lee) Petty of Florence, Colo.; sister-in-law, Kay Lee of Pueblo; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husbands, Thomas Rhodes and Joseph Herauf. Thelma was born Apr. 19, 1925, in Pueblo, to Donald and Maude Kelsey. She retired from Safeway after 31 years of service. There will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service, 10 a.m. Monday, March 19, 2007, at the Montgomery & Steward Chapel with the Reverend Father Ron Roche officiating. We send our condolence in the loss of Thelma gone to be with her Lord. It is so unfortunate that our family has been so far distributed around the country making us grow old with the contacts so seldom. May God care for Thelma and bless the family members abundantly.
