Terry Eugene Helmick, 52, of Pueblo West, passed away July 13, 2004. Survived by his wife, Linda E. Helmick; daughter, Beth Anne (Sam) Longoria; granddaughters, Seneca Renee' and Serafina Michelle Longoria of Lacey, WA; mother, Nadine Helmick of Chugiak, AK; aunt, Jean (Andy) Summerlin of Cookson, OK; siblings, Stephen L. (Patricia) Helmick of Pueblo West, Raymond W. (Della) Helmick of Tucson, AZ, Keith D. (Brenda) Helmick of Pueblo, Marlene L. (Michael) Hughes of Chugiak, AK and Kenneth L. (Janet) Helmick of Pueblo; numerous loving nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father, Wayne E. Helmick and brother, Ronald Wayne Helmick. Terry was born June 13, 1952, in Welch, OK. He served in the U.S. Navy and was employed with the Department of Defense at the Pueblo Chemical Depot for over 25 years. Terry was a dedicated, loving son, brother, husband, father and grandfather. Viewing will be Thursday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. at the funeral home with the family present from 4-6 p.m. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Friday in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel. Military Honors by Pueblo Veterans' Ritual Team and interment will follow at Imperial Memorial Gardens.
