Teresa M. Schlueter, 86, passed away Nov. 17, 2006, in Pueblo, Colo. Survived by her sister, Antonette (Marcellus) Uhrich of Stamford, Conn.; brother-in-law, John Maloney of Buffalo, N.Y.; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Teresa Schlueter; and siblings, Albert Schlueter and Delores Maloney. Teresa was born May 6, 1920, in Bergenfield, New Jersey. She retired in 1982 as an administrative assistant for CF&I, after 29 years of service. Funeral Mass, 1:30 P.M. Monday, Nov. 20, 2006, at Christ The King Church, 1708 Horseshoe, with the Very Rev. I will miss Terry so much. We became friends in the 90’s when she came to my rescue and adopted my dog, Perro Blanco. We found that had much in common especially our love of dogs. Perro loved her immediately. He is a great judge of character. She loved him in equal measure.
Now that I have had Perro returned to me, he’ll be my constant reminder of her kindness, gentleness, and graciousness.
Both Perro and I were so blessed to have Terry in our lives. She was loved by us.
