Sylvester Silvio, 84, passed away July 28, 2014. Survived by his sisters, Connie Pagano and Vera Geanetta; uncles, John (Eve) Taravella and Phil (Grace) Prutch; nephews, Steve and Joe; nieces, Sandy and Vickie; great-nephews, Mike and Ryan; great-niece, Stephanie; numerous cousins and other family.
Sylvester was born February 7, 1930, in Pueblo to Dominic and Jessie Silvio. He retired from CF&I as a roll turner after over 40 years of service. He loved watching football and baseball.
There will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service, 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 1, 2014, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel with Pastor Steve Chavez officiating. Mr Silvio was very dear to me. I was his friend at the bank and he came to visit me every day and I helped him with whatever he needed. He was a dear, sweet and very appreciative man. My sincere condolences to his family.
