Sui Kwai Fong passed away peacefully on October 12, 2016, at the age of 93. Sui was born September 12, 1923, in China. She was the loving and faithful wife of 62 years to Soon Fong, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her four children, Peggy Wilson, Arthur Fong, Dean Fong and Luke Fong; three grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. She and her husband, Soon, were the proprietors of Soon's Restaurant before retiring. Sui enjoyed sewing and gardening and was an amazing mother and grandmother, she will truly be missed. When I would go to see Gerry and Dian at the funeral home Sui would be working in her garden and yard. She was so sweet and always had fresh cilantro she would give us. When she was unable to work in her yard I would miss seeing her as would Gerry and Dian. She was very much loved by us and missed.
