Stelle Grishow

Stelle Grishow, 86, passed away January 17, 2008. Survived by her children, Curtis (Sharon) Grishow of Montrose, Colo., Wendell J. (Barbara) Grishow of Pueblo and Jane (Randy) Schade of Pueblo West; grandchildren, Rob and Crystal Grishow, Lisa and Mark Cellar, Randy Schade Jr., Stephanie Schade, Brice and Michelle Turuc; great-grandchildren, Maya and Emily Grishow; and faithful companion, Tippy Joe. Preceded in death by her husband, Wendell L. Grishow on April 26, 1999. Stelle was born Oct. 17, 1921, in Newcastle, Pa. to Mary and Jozef Szylkowski. She enjoyed playing bridge and crocheting. Stelle was a member of First United Methodist Church, Shriner Ladies and a member and past queen of Daughters of the Nile Ruhumah Temple #71. Viewing, 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel. Funeral service, 10 a.m. Monday, January 21, 2008, at First United Methodist Church, 11th and Court, with the Reverend Dr. Rick Calhoun officiating. Interment will follow at Imperial Memorial Gardens.
