Stanley 'Stan' Vandre

Stanley 'Stan' Vandre, 74, passed away April 2, 2001. Survived by his wife, Mary M. Vandre of the family home; children, Sandra (David) Fenton, Jackie (Robert) Westlund, both of Denver, Michael (Mary) Vandre of Kremmling, Colorado and Pat Vandre of Denver; siblings, Carl (Dorothy) Vandre of Denver, Bertha Lentz of Canada and Erhard (Caroline) Vandre of Wisconsin; 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Born December 11, 1926, in Merrill, Wisconsin. Stan owned and operated Stan's Mechanical and Refrigeration Company in the Denver area until his retirement. Member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church. He will lie in state at the funeral home today from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, April 5, 2001, at the Montgomery & Steward Chapel, with Pastor Chris Kellogg officiating. Continuing viewing and services will be held at Drinkwine Mortuary, 999 W. Littleton Blvd., in Littleton, Colorado. Viewing from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Friday with a funeral service at 1 p.m. on Saturday. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery.
