Selma Copp, 92, passed away Mon., Nov. 25, 2013. Survived by nephews, Gary Copp and Rockne Skyberg; and niece, Debbie (Joe) Bair; as well as numerous great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Copp; and nephew, Michael Copp. Selma was born in Kansas City, Mo. on Jan. 7, 1921, to Hyman and Theresa Katz. Her family then moved to Denver where she grew up. Selma moved to Pueblo when she married Samuel Copp in Nov. of 1958. She was passionate about the Colorado Rockies and finally attended her first Rockies game at the age of 92. Selma was a dedicated volunteer, helping at the State Hospital up until this past summer.   2. Debbie and Gary, may I offer my sympathies on your Aunt Selma’s passing. She was a great friend of my mother, Dorothy Milstein, and myself. I remember Selma with a smile on my face, warmth in my heart. Selma was a great person with so much compassion. She will be missed.
