Savonia Louise Bennett, 80, went from labor to reward on February 16, 2005. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Charles 'Chuck' (Randi) Bennett and Donna Walker, both of Pueblo; sisters, Ethel (Lenzia) Wilson of Dunsmuir, Calif. and Eula Jensen of Pueblo; grandchildren, Celeste (Eric) Huling of Atlanta, Ga., Jennie Bennett of Phoenix, Ariz., Joe Wilson, Jr. and Chet Walker both of Sacramento, Calif.; and great-grandchildren, Erica Huling, Ashton Huling and Imani Bennett. Preceded in death by her husband, Charles Bennett, Sr. on June 5, 1974; parents, James and Senie Cage; brothers, Turner, John and Earner Cage; and sisters, Octavia Brooks and Annie Mae Highland. Savonia was born July 22, 1924, in Downsville, La. She was a hospital dietician and a member of First AME Church. As per her request, there will be no viewing or services. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. The family extends a special thanks to the staff at Sharmar Village and the staff at Sangre de Cristo Hospice for their loving care.     I am so sorry to hear about your mother. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I am still at Argus Home Care, Inc. 543-2634 if you ever fill like talking. I lost my mom to and it is still very hard but the memories will not be so painful as time goes on.
