Santo Spinuzzi, 90, passed away March 24, 2009. Survived by his children, Joyce Collins of Pueblo, Jim Marshall of Yuma, Ariz., Pat (Jim) Hizer of Glen Rock, Wyo., and Terry (Sandy) Spinuzzi of Pueblo; daughter-in-law, Kathy Spinuzzi of Pueblo; sisters, Ann Lane and Rose Dazzio, both of Pueblo; 20 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. Preceded in death by his wife, Katherine J. Spinuzzi on April 18, 1999; son, Sammy Spinuzzi; grandson, Brandon Spinuzzi; brothers, Joe, Tony, Pete, Sam 'Bugs' and Frank Spinuzzi; and his sister, Mary. Santo was born to Sam and Emelia Spinuzzi on March 1, 1919, in Pueblo. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII and retired from C.F.&I. He was active in sports and especially enjoyed bowling, fishing and hunting. He also raised rabbits for many years. There will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service, 3:30 p.m. Saturday, March 28, 2009, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel with Pastor Ken Black officiating.
