Russell L. Johnson, 83, passed away June 27, 2005, in Pueblo, Colorado. Survived by his wife, Corine Johnson; children, Lloyd 'Skip' (Keni) Johnson of Franktown, Colo. and LuAnn (Rick Robinson) Johnson of Westminster, Colo; grandchildren, Jason Johnson of Westminster and Cory Johnson of Franktown; and brothers, Harold Johnson of Pueblo, Merrit Johnson of Calif. and Leihman Johnson of Pueblo. Russ was born, one of 10 children, to Roy and Cecile Johnson on April 9, 1922, in Montrose, Colo. He served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII. Russ retired in 1982 as a supervisor at Pueblo Gas and Fuel after 34 years of service. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Kiwanis Club of Pueblo and a life member of B.P.O. Elks Lodge No. 90. He was also a Scout Master for Boy Scouts Troop 90. Viewing at the funeral home today from10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with family present from 4 to 6 p.m. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, June 30, 2005, at First Presbyterian Church, 10th and Court, with the Reverend Dr. Brad Munroe officiating. Entombment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery Chapel Mausoleum.
