Ruby Lee Allen, 90, passed away Jan. 7, 2005, in Pueblo, Colorado. Survived by her daughter, Deborah A. (Larry) Smith of Pueblo; grandchildren, Chanda (Adam) Sommers, Tim Allen and Steve Allen; great-grandchildren, Cassey Anderson, Karrie Sommers and Jamie Sommers; numerous relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her husband, Millard Ray Allen; sons, Gerald and Darryll Allen; and daughter, Jean Bernice Allen. Ruby was born to Henry Edward and Fannie Belle Berry on May 27, 1914, in Rocky Ford, Colorado and was a member of Lynn Gardens Baptist Church. Viewing at the funeral home Sunday, Jan. 9, 2005, from 2 to 5 p.m. and Monday, Jan. 10, 2005, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2005, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel with Pastor William Gordon officiating.
