Ruby Alda Kyte

Ruby Alda Kyte, 84, passed away September 25, 2003, in Pueblo, Colorado. Survived by her son, Gary T. (Carol) Kyte of Beulah, Colorado; daughter, Brenda Jane (Barry) Loos of Independence, Kentucky;11grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; sisters, Grace Rowe of Denver, Bernes Gourley of Colorado Springs and Jane Stout of Craig, Colorado; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Tyler Utterback Kyte, who was born in Carter County, Tennessee; parents, Charles and Hallie Rasar; daughter, Lynda Kay Kyte; son, Charles Robert Kyte; and 2 sisters, Trumph and Margaret. Ruby was born January 3, 1919, in Lamar, Colorado. She attended University of Southern Colorado in Pueblo, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree and worked as a psychiatric technician at the Colorado State Hospital. Ruby was an artist and seamstress and enjoyed reading and playing the piano. At her request, there will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, September 27, 2003, at Southwest Church of Christ, 1635 S.
