Rosemary Allen, 81, of Pueblo, Colo., passed away February 16, 2008. Survived by her children, Kathy (Lary)Knox, Barbara Allen, Jim Allen, Bob Allen, Joe Allen; grandchildren, Brad, Justin, Katy, Kelly, Ross, Beth and Sarah; great- grandchildren, Dylan, Ryan, Ben and Jake. Preceded in death by her husband, Leonard W. 'Joe' Allen; parents, George and Sara Smith; brother, Patrick Smith; sister, Kathleen Reilley; sons, Ed and Dave Allen. Rosemary was born on April 1, 1926, in Lorain, Ohio, and was a longtime Pueblo resident. Before marriage, Rosemary was employed in the offices of the National Tube Company of Lorrain, Ohio. While in Pueblo, she was employed as a nurses aide at Sharmar, and other area nursing homes. Rosemary Allen was a sweet lady who didn't want a newspaper obit, but as she would say, her children never would listen to her! At her request, there will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial Mass, 2 p.m. Thursday, February 21, 2008, at Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, 11th & Grand Ave. Private inurnment at a later date, Mountain View Cemetery Chapel Mausoleum.   1. Rosemary was a wonderful person–she and I were very good friends–didn’t visit too much in later years, but I always knew she was there for me. I will miss her greatly. I am recovering from knee surgery, so I will be unable to attend the services, but my thoughts and prayers will be with you. Love to all–Copey Agnes
