Rose Costanza, 89, passed away Dec. 12, 2009. Survived by her children, Carol (John) Cullen of Pueblo and John (Linda) Costanza of Florida; grandchildren, Christy Alberici, Chris Cullen, Scott (Tara) Cullen, all of Pueblo and Melissa Costanza of Denver; great-grandchildren, Kaley Cullen, Alex Alberici, Tyler and Sydney Cullen; sisters, Mary Ann Abbate of Pueblo and Josephine (Dave) Goolsby of Sun City, Ariz.; sisters-in-law, Kathryn Abbate of Pueblo, Betty Abbate of Denver and Rose Sneed of Pueblo; numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends and neighbors at the Villa. Preceded in death by her husband, John 'Jonsey' Costanza; parents, Tony and Annie Abbate; and brothers, Santo and Joe Abbate. Rose was born Aug. 29, 1920, in Pueblo. She retired from School District 60 as a cashier. Member of the Columbian Federation Ladies Fidelity Lodge No. 56 serving as financial secretary for many years. Viewing from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel and one hour prior to the Vigil service at the church. Vigil service, 6 p.m. Wednesday and funeral Mass, 10 a.m. Thursday.
