Ronald Joseph Erjavec

Ronald Joseph Erjavec, 74, passed away on October 31, 2021.  Survived by his children, Julie (Curtis) Armijo and Joe (Tiffany) Erjavec; four grandchildren, Allianna, Isabella, Zack and Raegan; two sisters; and one sister in-law, Ann Mitchell.  Born in Pueblo, Ron graduated from South High School and subsequently earned an Accounting Degree from Southern Colorado State University and passed the Uniform CPA Examination.  As part of the inaugural graduating class in the University of Denver Graduate Tax program, Ron earned a Master’s Degree in Taxation.  Ron and his wife (Peggy) owned and operated a tax accounting practice in Pueblo for more than 30 years and raised purebred Barzona cattle amongst many other animals on their ranch outside of Pueblo.  Ron will always be remembered for his love for Peggy, unwavering dedication to their practice and clients, caretaking of numerous animals, and the meaningful relationships he had with many people.  Ron will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched.  Memorial service, 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 30, 2021, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel.
